1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Nayonaise)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 to 2 limes, juice of, to taste
lots of fresh cracked pepper
dash vegan Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Mix all the ingredients. Let stand a few minutes until the nutritional yeast flakes have dissolved. Its ready!
NOTE: This is a thick dressing. If you prefer it thinner, add a bit of water. I also add a lot of lime because I like it really tangy but if its too strong for your taste add less.
