Cabbage Salad

What you need: 

1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 tablespoons green onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil

What you do: 

1. Combine the cabbage, garlic, and green onion in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil in with the lemon juice. Add the salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Pour over the salad and toss to coat.
