1/2 cup vegan butter, softened (I use Earth Balance)
1/2 cup vegan shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons soymilk
1) Using a hand mixer, cream together vegan butter, shortening, and vanilla.
2) Add the sugar one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add the soymilk and mix until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
