Burrito Pizza

What you need:

1 pizza crust (make sure it isn’t made with cheese a lot are)
1 can vegetarian refried beans
1 can fiesta corn
1 medium yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
1 green onion
1 tomato
olive oil
salsa
guacamole
soy cheese

What you do:

I usually just make recipes up as I go. I don't usually measure or anything so here it goes.
Take one pre-made pizza crust. Lather on some olive oil so it covers the whole crust.
Spread on the refried beans so it covers the pizza dough (much like you would do with sauce if it was a regular pizza).
Next cut up green onions, yellow onions and garlic. Sprinkle onions and garlic on top of the refried beans. Next open a can of corn (drain) and add that. Then add shredded soy cheese. Top with chopped tomatoes.
Bake at 375 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
Then you can add salsa, guacamole or anything else you normally would eat on a burrito.
This is seriously my favorite pizza. It is filling and delicious.
