Bulgur Rice

What you need: 

2 onions minced
4-5 green peppers chopped
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
4 medium size tomatoes
2 medium size potatoes
1 bowl bulgur, washed in cold water
2.5 bowl boiled water
1 teaspoon salt

What you do: 

Roast the onions and green peppers with olive oil.
Peel the tomatoes, chop nut size and add to the saucepan. Chop the potatoes same way add them. Roast them about 5 minutes.
Add the boiled water. When the potatoes half cook, add the bulgur, add salt and cook until water is gone. When the bulgur cooked, place a towel under the lid and wait 5 minutes.
