SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is very educational content and written well for a change. It's nice to see that some people still understand how to write a quality post! hack-free subway surfers hack

I just made these with 1.5 cups kale which was all I had left and figured it was close enough to 3 handfuls. I luckily checked on them earlier than the time I set (17 mins---I checked at 14 mins) because I was smelling them...and they were really done, but still good. I used a tablespoon of buffalo wing sauce and that was more than enough sodium for me...couldn't imagine adding anymore salt. And good thing I didn't add any additional pepper-way spicy, but still good, just a shock... all in all I would make these again but adjust some things...

That should be "a sprinkle of salt..." :)

This was SOOO good. I made it with three tablespoons of wing sauce, some cayenne, and a sprinkle of sauce. Delicious!

Thanks for the recipe. I liked these pretty well. Since Kale is thin, it does dry out to be thinner, which meant I liked it more in handfuls hahaha. The buffalo sauce I bought, (Emeril's) ended up being suppper salty on these, so I will definitely add less next time.

Yum! I never liked potato chips, but kale chips are my favorite!
Instead of salt and pepper, I added a dash of cajun seasoning and Franks Wing Sauce.  They were delicious!

@mei : I've never been able to properly store them...they always go soft on me.  Maybe if you put them in an airtight container, but do NOT put them in the fridge?

This seriously just became one of my new favorite snacks. I've never made kale chips before and I think the addition of hot sauce is a great idea, especially for a first timer! If I make a big batch, how do you suggest storing them?

Yum! These were delicious! I love the take on the standard kale chips. I added garlic powder and used a ton of buffalo sauce. MMmmmm!
