Buddy Pita Sandwich

What you need: 

2 pitas, sliced in half
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 large ripe tomato,washed and sliced
low-fat Italian dressing, to taste

What you do: 

1. Stuff pita pockets with veggies.
2. Drizzle with dressing.
3. You can add bean sprouts or other favorite fresh veggies.
Is a wonderful summer lunch!
