Brussels Sprouts Stir-fry

What you need: 

2 teaspoons cooking oil
1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
onion, sliced, to taste
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
large pinch sugar
black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

What you do: 

1. Heat oil until hot and stir-fry Brussels for 2 minutes.
2. Add onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Toss in remaining ingredients. Serve and Enjoy!!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is really good! I added like half a block of cubed tofu because I didn't have enough brussels sprouts...  The cooking times are wrong though... you need to cook the brussels way longer than 2 minutes or even 4 minutes total or they would be WAY to hard and uncooked... probably at least 10 minutes... loved the flavors though awesome recipe!
