Brittany's Awesome PB Sandwich

What you need: 

2 slices whole wheat bread
2-3 tablespoons homemade peanut butter
2 teaspoons liquid sweetener of choicer (optional!)
1/2 large banana, cut into 1/2" slices
1 tablespoon milled flax seeds

What you do: 

Spread PB on both sides of whole wheat bread (toast the bread for added deliciousness). Pour the sweetener sparingly on both sides which is completely optional. Place banana slices on one side of the sandwich (and really pile them on here for a delicious sandwich!) Then on the non-banana slice of bread, evenly sprinkle the milled flax seeds. Then combine the haves and enjoy with a bowl of mixed veggies and a glass of soy milk!

I like to mix the milled flax seeds into the peanut butter and spread it on toast with some type of fruit topping. Makes a nice breakfast sandwich, especially after my morning run!
