Breakfast on the Go!
1 cup strawberries
1 frozen banana (see note)
1 cup vanilla soy milk
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder
Night Before: Cut banana into small slices. Put into small plastic bag and freeze overnight.
In Morning: Cut strawberries into small slices, peel orange and cut into small pieces. Put cut fruit and frozen banana slices into blender. Add flaxseed, wheat germ, and soy protein powder. Pour in enough soymilk (about 1 cup) to cover all ingredients and blend until smooth.
This is super quick and healthy!! In the morning I whip this up in the blender, pour it into a travel mug and run out the door! =)
