Brazilian Toast

What you need: 

2 slices of bread
1 banana
dairy free cheese

What you do: 

Toast the vegan bread slices. Peel the banana, cut it lengthwise in half and cut some dairy free cheese (one that melts well). Put the banana on one slice and the cheese on the other. Put them into a hot oven or microwave until the cheese has melted. Put the slices together, cut in half and enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I was skeptical that this recipe might turn out really bad, cause I never ever ever thought of putting cheese and bananas together.

I was surprised by how yummy it was. Awesome recipe!

ive always loved cheese and bananas as a snack, especially with the marbled yellow and white goat cheese (i eat milk, but not egg)...im glad vegans will try it now too :)
