Blueberry Soy Shake

What you need: 

4 fl. ounces vanilla or regular soy milk
1 cup or about 1/4 liter vanilla soy ice cream
1/2 cup or about 1/8 liter fresh or frozen blueberries

What you do: 

Add ingredients in a blender, blend on medium or high speed until creamy. Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This shake is exactly what I needed to cure my sweet-tooth craving  >:D I'll make it again next time!

I made a smoothie using frozen rasberries, soy milk and honey and it was just ok. Think i am going to try using soy ice-cream next time :p

Try adding some silken tofu & losing the honey.

This blueberry shake sounds delicious. Going to have to try it!
