1/2 avocado, cubed
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1/2 cup blueberries
5 to 6 raspberries
1 tablespoon almond butter
3/4 cup nondairy milk
1) Place all ingredients in a blender or using an immersion (hand-held) blender, blend until smooth and consistent.
Pour into a pretty glass and enjoy! Garnish with some fruit.
You can freeze the banana before blending. If you are using a blender, you can add 2 or 3 ice cubes. I use an immersion blender, which cannot handle ice cubes.
