Black Bean and Yam Spread

What you need:

1/2 block firm tofu
1 can black beans
1 medium sized baked yam
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon flax oil (optional)
1/2 cup raw almonds

What you do:

I did the best I could with the measurements but really this is ball park. Feel free to add more or less as you see fit. If you don't want to make such a big batch you can cut down the ingredient portion size as well.
All you do is throw the tofu, beans and baked yams along with the garlic into the food processor and blend until it is almost smooth and chunk free.
I added the almonds last and pulsed it so there is a little crunch added in the spread.
This is soooooo good, easy and super nutritious! Enjoy my friends...

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I love trying out new spread recipes.  I have nut allergies, I have to put something  proteiny in my sammiches!

I omitted the tofu, but it ended up pretty bad.  Sorry :(
