Best Vegan Chili

What you need: 

1 cup yellow onion, chopped
1 cup garlic, chopped
1 can tomatoes, rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 can corn, rinsed
2 cups tomato juice, low sodium
1 can vegan chili
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon basil
chili powder
crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

What you do: 

Simmer chopped onion and garlic in dutch oven until tender. Add tomatoes, garbanzo beans, corn, juice, sugar, cumin, basil, chili powder, red pepper, black pepper, and can of vegan chili. Stir until combined. Simmer on stove for 1-2 hours. Serve with whole wheat crackers or whole wheat rolls. Delicious!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

i'm thinking thats meant to say "1 clove garlic".. otherwise - dear lord, watch out!!
