Best Green Smoothie Recipe

What you need: 

1 banana, frozen
4 large strawberries, frozen
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 tablespoon effective microorganisms, optional
1 tablespoon hemp (or other vegan) protein powder, optional

What you do: 

1. Put the banana and strawberries in a blender with just enough water to get them going, and puree until they're really smooth.
2. Add the sprouts, along with any protein powder or superfoods, and blend again. Be sure to push the sprouts down into the fruit so that they blend into the smoothie.
