Best Avocado Sandwich, Period.

What you need: 

1/2 ripe Haas avocado, sliced
2-3 slices ripe tomato
5-6 olives (I prefer the green ones), sliced
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
lettuce
salt, to taste
two slices whole wheat bread

What you do: 

-Lightly toast both slices of wheat bread
-Drizzle one side of each toast slice
-Assemble veggies in layers on first bread slice:
1.Avocado
2.Olive slices
3.Tomato slices
4. Salt
5.Lettuce, enough to cover bread
-Top this lovely concoction with the second piece of toast, and indulge in an addicting treat! Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I'm relatively new to being vegetarian and am slowely trying to cut meat out of my diet. This is one of the first veggie sandwiches I tried and it was delish! I did put the salt on the avacado instead of on the tomato since avacado is relatively tasteless and it turned out so good! The olives really give the sandwich a salty taste, but the avacado, tomatoes, and lettuce counteract that and it just fits together so good. This was a really good sandwich.
