Berry Chocolate Sorbet
1 cup frozen berries (I use raspberries)
2 cups unsweetened soymilk
Sweetener, as desired (I use six packets of Stevia)
4 heaping tablespoons organic cocoa powder
Walnuts, to garnish
1) Place all ingredients in a blender. Ensure that the berries are well covered by the soymilk. Stir with long spoon before starting blender.Start with "ice crush" to crush the frozen berries. Then switch to "purée" or "liquify". When all ingredients have been blended, and the consistency is fairly thick and even, turn off blender. Pour into dessert bowls. I like to sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
