Basil Mustard Vinaigrette

What you need: 

1 tablespoon basil pesto
2 to 3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons yellow mustard (use half dijon if you want some heat)

What you do: 

1) Mix all ingredients together in small bowl, whisking with a fork for a few seconds. Enjoy.
Start with less vinegar, then increase, if you want to change the sour flavor. Add more mirin if you want it a little sweeter.
Source of recipe: I didn't have any dressing today at lunch and decided to experiment.
