Basic Fruit Smoothie
1 banana, sliced and frozen
4 strawberries, sliced and frozen
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1.5-2 cups soymilk
(optional) 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
(optional) dash of cinnamon
(optional) 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice
Blend all ingredients together, pour, and serve!
My boyfriend and I have these for dessert almost every night.
I make it in two batches in my handy magic bullet. It makes 2 small-average sized smoothies.
I also use various frozen fruit -peaches are great, mango, pineapple, etc - but I always use the banana and blueberries. If you add any fruit to the recipe you will probably need to add more soymilk or eat it with a spoon.
