Bangers and Mash with Mushy Peas & Onion Gravy
4 vegan sausages
1/2 My Mom's Mashed Potatoes recipe
1 Easy Peasy Mushy Peas recipe
1 Tasty Onion Gravy recipe
1. In a grill pan on medium heat, place the vegan sausages and cook each side turning over every few minutes. Cook for a total of about 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Serve with "My Mom's Mashed Potatoes" and "Easy Peasy Mushy Peas" on the side. Pour the "Tasty Onion Gravy" over the bangers.
