Banana Yogurt Parfait

What you need: 

6 oz. plain or vanilla soy yogurt
agave
1/2 banana
granola
sliced almonds

What you do: 

1. Empty the 6 oz. container (reg one serving container) of soy yougrt into a bowl.
2. Mash the banana and then mash it into the yogurt.
3. If you want, you can warm the granola, agave and almonds in a toaster oven, otherwise just throw some granola and almonds on top of the yogurt and banana.
4. Then top with agave.
5. Enjoy!
