1/3 cup flour (I use whole wheat)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 mashed banana (or 1 cup, depending on how Banana-y you like them!)
1/4 cup milk of choice
2 tablespoon Stevia (less if you don't like sweet)
1. Sieve the flour in to a mixing bowl, add a pinch of salt, baking powder, salt, and stevia.
2. Form a well in the centre of the bowl and add the non-dairy milk and mashed banana. Combine well.
3. Turn on the stove, prepare a pan, and pour the mixture on in a pancake shape.
4. Flip and serve when ready.
