Banana Mush

What you need: 

1 banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
sprinkle or drizzle of sugar, maple syrup or agave nectar
1 tablespoon soy milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla (omit if using vanilla soy milk)

What you do: 

Cut the banana into small pieces and mix up all the other ingredients in a bowl. Add the banana and microwave for 2 (or so) minutes (depending on how mushy you want it.
Stir and enjoy while its warm. Perfect for when you just aren't having a good day : )

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I was skeptical about the name but this definitely did perk up my day! It's quite filling too, not to mention delicious. Perfect for the office.
