Banana & Cereal Smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup baby spinach

1/2 cup cucumber

1 banana

1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal Square cereals

1 cup unsweetened organic soy milk

 

What you do: 

Just blend all the ingredients together till thick and smooth.

 

Note: Add more soy milk or water if too thick since the cereal absorbs the soy milk after short while. I sometimes like to let it thicken (almost the same consistency as yogurt) and just treat as a dessert :)
