Banana and Peanut Butter Mash

What you need:

3 bananas, sliced in 1" rounds
1 tablespoon peanut butter

What you do:

1. Put bananas in a freezer safe plastic bag and place them in the freezer over-night. The next day, remove bananas from the freezer and plastic bag and put them in a plastic bowl.
2. Now, with a fork, mash them until they make a paste. You might have to wait a few minutes to let them thaw out before you can mash them.
3. Once mashed, add peanut butter and continue mashing and mixing the banana and peanut butter. After a few minutes of mashing, it should be well mixed and ready to eat plain or it taste great spread on a piece of bread. Enjoy!
Keep the mash refrigerated!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is so simple I wonder, why haven't I ever thought of doing this?  This was great!  I will definately do this from now on.  I took this mash and spread it in a nice thick layer on a peice of homemade whole wheat bread, but then because there was such a thick layer of mash on the bread I had to eat it with a fork, but it was so good.  Thanks for the recipe.
