Banana Agave Smoothie

What you need:

1 1/2 cup Soymilk
1 Banana
1 tablespoon Agave
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Dash of Cinnamon
Ground Flaxseed

What you do:

Put it all in the blender until delicious. Drink and enjoy!
You could probably use vanilla soymilk and frozen bananas with pretty good results too but I have yet to try it that way.

I absolutely loved this one  :)>>> I make smoothies every morning for breakfast and this one is definitely my favorite!

I used 1 rounded tablespoon of flax and it came out perfect.

I never measure the flax. I just pour some in. It depends on your tastes and how much fiber you are trying to get in your day. It definitely changes the texture and in my opinion, doesn't really change the flavor of the drink, just the feel of it.

How much flaxseed did you use?  :)

Very delicious! I left out the flaxseed (didn't have any), but still tasted great.

I did freeze the banana. I always do that with banana smoothies. Gives it a creamier texture.
