Baked Squash and Yams
1 pound winter squash, peeled and sliced (I used butternut)
1 pound garnet yams, peeled and sliced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup nondairy milk (I used light soy milk)
1 tablespoon garlic chili paste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Layer the squash and yams in a baking dish.
2. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the veggies.
3. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Finish baking uncovered for another 15 minutes or so.'
