Baked Beans

What you need: 

1 can kidney beans
1 teaspoon mustard (I used seeded)
2 teaspoon malt vinegar
3 tablespoon brown/raw sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (it's really strong so could be less)
splash Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste

What you do: 

Chuck everything into a pot and simmer away! Make sure the beans don’t stick to the bottom of the pot, keep stirring regularly... I normally leave mine till a lot of the liquid has evaporated and soaked into the beans, but leave as much juice as you prefer!

These beans are really easy to make and tasty.  I've used kidney and black beans for the recipe, and both worked well, but the kidney beans were definitely "meatier".  I recommend serving them topped on a veggie dog, or you can just have them on their own.
