With the additional ingredients mentioned by Tina1 this was an excellent salad dressing/dip/sandwich spread. I have made it several times since my husband and I love it in our daily spinach salad. Yummy!! I should also mentioned that I omitted the tofu and have used soy yogurt instead and it was great!
try these additional items..add another avocado, 1/4 cup red onion, 3 tablespoons mustard, 1 clove garlic and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Use a mixer and mix well. Makes a great dressing, dip or sandwich spread! :P
