1/2 cup salsa
2 teaspoons chopped garlic, or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chopped onion or onion powder
1 tablespoon cooked or raw lentils (optional)
1 slice vegan cheese, sliced (optional)

Cut both ends from the avocado and peel off skin. Cut avocado in half to pit, and slice off flesh from seed into mixing bowl. Mash sliced avocado with manual eggbeater until creamy and even. Pour in salsa and mix, while adding onion, garlic, lentils and vegan cheese (optional), mixing as you go. Serve.
