Avocado Fries

What you need: 

1 avocado
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/8 cup ground flax seed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion or garlic powder

What you do: 

1) Slice the avocado in half and remove pit. Carefully slice each half into long slices. Carefully remove from skin.
2) Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Place strips of avocado into the 'batter' and stir gently or shake around in bowl.
3) Eat now or dehydrate for about 10 minutes.
This is really good with sun dried tomato ketchup!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Loves it! i tried this recipe tonight, and made some extra and stashed in the fridge as part of a quick on-the-go meal during the week when i am working long hours!!! :)
