Avocado Bean Dip

What you need: 

2 avocados
2 tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 pkg. vegan Italian Dressing
1 bag organic corn chips
1/2 cup grated vegan cheddar soy cheese (opt.)

What you do: 

Cut avocados and tomatoes in cubes and place in a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and serve with corn chips.
You can make burritos out of this and add some vegan tofu sour cream.
