I really enjoyed this. I ended up adding some jalapeno to it for a little spice. Thanks

This recipe turned out GREAT!  Since I am not a strict veggie, I had it with brown rice and local rainbow trout.  It was amazing, I cooked the trout in a little garlic and put mint chutney on top.

I bought some okra on a whim the other day and I was looking for a way to use it, and this turned out great. I didn't have quite a pound, so I added some yellow squash and green pepper, plus a can of chickpeas. I thought the spices were perfect as the recipe says (but I used less cayenne...I don't deal well with heat!). Over rice, it made a delicious meal.
