Apple Carrot Grape Juice

What you need:

1 cup green grape
2 carrots
2 medium sweet apples (or three small)
water, as needed

What you do:

This recipe requires a Vita-Mix or other high speed blender for best results.
Wash all produce. Cut the carrot and apple into smaller pieces (carrots in half, apples in quarters for Vita-Mix, smaller for less powerful blenders). Remove the grapes from their stem.
Place the grapes, then apples, and finally carrots into the blender. Add enough cold water to cover the grapes. Attach lid and blend on high for 30 seconds to a minute, or under everything is smooth. Add more water, if needed, to help with blending.
Pour into a glass and enjoy! This make 1 huge glass or two more normal servings. The grapes and apples work well to cover up the carrot-veggie flavors, so this would be good for kids.
