1/2 pound whole wheat macaroni
1/2 cup silk vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup Ragu 7-herb tomato sauce
4 tablespoons Red Star nutritional neast
2 tablespoons Earth balance or other vegan margarine
2 teaspoons Tofutti Herb & Chives Better Than Cream Cheese
2 teaspoons basil
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon sea salt or Mrs. Dash
1 tablespoon 807]cornstarch
Cook macaroni as per instructions on box (approx. 12 min). Turn off heat, drain and return macaroni to pot on stove.
Pour in soymilk, tomato sauce and nutritional yeast. Stir well over low heat.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until well-blended.
