Aioli Mayonnaise

What you need: 

1/4 cup Vegenaise brand vegan mayonnaise
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 small green onion, white part only, chopped
1 teaspoon rosemary (fresh), chopped
1 tablespoon parsley (fresh), chopped
1 tablespoon pepper

What you do: 

Process mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, green onion and rosemary in food processor until finely minced and well blended, about 45 seconds. Transfer to small bowl and add parsley and pepper to taste, and stir to blend. Cover and refrigerate.
I use this on sandwiches all the time, its great!

The recipe did sound a little too spicy for me. Wouldn’t the extra addition of garlic to the mayonnaise will increase its taste which I am sure is going to part a bad taste. I did liked the idea, but am not sure of trying it.
