1 INGREDIENT burger!
1/2 cup beans, rinsed and drained
1. Place beans in a bowl and thoroughly mash with a fork.
2. Shape the mashed beans into a tightly packed round patty (pack it well or it will fall apart).
3. In a small fry pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. With a very flat spatuala, carefully transfer patty to pan; cook for 5 minutes. Flip; cook for another 5 minutes. Eat and enjoy.
This is a very versatile recipe, so feel free to change it however you like! Pretty much all beans are great for this burger, and it tastes great with veggies in and/or on it.
