Basil leaves (2 cases from Trader Joe's)
1/2 cup Walnuts
Juice of 1 lemon (medium size)
1 teaspoon course salt
3+ garlic cloves
1 cup Olive Oil, more as needed when blending
Take the basil leaves (only) and wash them thoroughly.
In a food processor or blender, place the basil leave, walnuts, lemon juice, salt, and garlic inside.
Turn on the food processor and drizzle the olive oil in. Then pulse to get all the ingredients combined. Add olive oil and salt to taste.
Great with pasta, sandwiches, dipping, and more!
