1 (10-ounce) bag Fritos corn chips
1 (15-ounce) can vegan chili
2 tablespoons Vegan sour cream (I use Tofutti)
1 cup Vegan cheese (I use Daiya)
salt, to taste
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add chili; heat 5 minutes, or thoroughly warm.
2. Add sour cream; stir while heating until completely melted and chili is creamy.
3. Add cheese; stir until completely melted. Stir in chips until coated.
