1/4 cup cashews
2 tablespoons raw blue agave
1) The day before, slice the bananas and spread the slices on a cookie and freeze overnight.
2) Remove the frozen bananas and add to a bowl. Slice the fresh peaches into bite-sized chunks and add to the bananas, tossing to combine.
3) Stir in the cashews and agave. Let sit for just a and stir again to let the agave and bananas begin to meld. Serve immediately.
