1/2-1 cup water, as needed
1/2 cup mango chunks
2 ripe bananas
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil (I use organic)
1. To blender, add the water, then mango and bananas, and then spinach.
2. Add the coconut oil right on top. Blend, and add more water to desired consistency.
Coconut oil has also been found to increase metabolism because it's a natural energy source!
Nutritional Facts: 1 cup spinach: Vitamin A 56%, Vitamin C 14%, Calcium 3%, and Iron 4% 1 tablespoon coconut oil: 9g Medium Chain Fatty Acids, 7g Lauric Acid (which is a antibacterial and antioxidant), 1g Caprylic Avid (antibacterial) and 994mg Capric Acid
