1-2 cups water
handful fresh spinach leaves
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen bananas chunks
2 teaspoons agave
1. Add 1 cup water to blender, then follow with fresh spinach.
2. Add frozen bananas, pineapple chunks, and agave, then blend!
I wouldn't add the full 2 cups water. I would test the smoothie with 1 cup, and then taste-test. If it needs to be less thick, add 1/2 cup water.
