1 cup cannelllini beans
2 to 3 button mushrooms, sliced (optional)
1 roasted bell pepper, sliced
2 to 3 handfuls spinach
1 handful spring salad greens
2 to 3 kalamta olives, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 to2 teaspoons Braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce, to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 pinch Italian seasoning
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1. In a skillet, place all beans and vegetables (cannelleni beans, mushrooms, bell pepper, spinach, greens, and olives - mushrooms first - if using.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and Bragg's and sprinkle with all seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes); saute, stir as needed and cook to your liking (10 minutes or less). Serve with an Italian crusty bread.
