2 cucumbers, peeled, 1 sliced, 1 chopped
4 cups strawberries, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped very finely
2 serrano peppers, chopped very finely
1. In a large bowl, add chopped cucumber, strawberries and onion, and mix.
2. Add mint and pepper, and mix well. Mix in sliced cucumber.
3. Splash on lime and enjoy.
I use a food processor to chop the pepper and mint, but don't liquify.
