1 small avocado
1 small, ripe banana
1 cup soy milk OR 1 serving silken tofu
1/2 cup strong green tea, brewed and chilled (mint, peppermint, or mint chamomile tea)
2 tablespoons crushed mint candies (for the spots in the smoothie)
2 tablespoons sweetener, or to taste (stevia, splenda, sugar)
dark chocolate chips, to taste (optional; e.g., Trader Joe's Mint UFOs)
green food coloring or spinach leaves, to taste (optional)
minced peppermint leaves, for garnish (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with any extra peppermint. Do not garnish with spinach.
