
1 green bell pepper, chopped small
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped small
1 red bell pepper, chopped small
1 crisp red apple, chopped small
1 crisp green apple, chopped small
1 crisp yellow apple, chopped small
1 cup red onion, chopped small
2 (14 ounce) cans back beans, drained and rinsed
1 )14 ounce) can corn, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup Italian dressing
1. Mix all vegetables and fruit in a bowl.
2. Combine with dressing.
3. Better if chilled over night.
