
7 red crisp apples, chopped
2 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
2 cups celery, thinly sliced
1 cup walnuts, halved or chopped
1 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
1/2 cup sugar, or to taste
juice of1/2 lemon
1. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Refrigerate before serving.
