salt, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 to 10 thin slices homemade seitan
1 piece pita bread
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced tomato
1/4 cup chopped white onion
tzatziki dressing, to tasteseitan - 8-10 thin slices
1/4th cup of each lettuce, tomato, onion
1. Sprinkle the salt on the skillet, then heat over medium heat. Add olive oil, then seitan. Fry both sides.
2. Split the pita bread in half and open it.
3. Divide lettuce, tomato, onion, and fried seitan between the halves. Top with tzatziki sauce.
