1 package (14 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
2 carrots, grated
1 envelope (1.8 ounce) onion mushroom soup mix (I use Lipton recipe secrets)
1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon agave nectar or brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 (9 ounce) package vegan beef tips (I use Gardein Beefless Tips)
white or brown rice, to serve
1. Add all ingredients except vegan beef and rice to skillet on high heat.
2. Boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer until broccoli has gotten to desired tenderness.
2. Cook vegan beef separately according to directions on package, and add when plating. Add to broccoli, and serve over rice.
